A Novel Design for Chip Manufacturing and 3D Printed Food
Introducing the Lotus Laser Cutter, a new design that can revolutionize the fields of chip manufacturing and 3D printed food. The design is inspired by the lotus flower and uses a unique mirror system to cut or print material at various angles.
The new technology is based on two unrelated Nobel Prize-winning techniques, called optical trapping and frequency combs.

Lotus-Shaped Mirror System:
The heart of the Lotus Laser Cutter is its lotus-shaped mirror system. The petals of the lotus are made of mirrors that reflect the laser beam in different directions. This enables the laser to cut or print the material in a precise and controlled manner.

Platform:
The Lotus Laser Cutter’s platform is located in the middle of the lotus structure. It holds the material to be cut or printed, such as an IC chip or a 3D food cube. The platform is designed to rotate and move up and down to ensure that the laser cuts or prints the material from all angles.

Acoustic Aggregator:
To create 3D printed food, the Lotus Laser Cutter uses an acoustic aggregator. This device uses ultrasonic vibration to aggregate the material powder to be fused. The result is a 3D printed food cube that is both delicious and visually stunning.
